About Paula

I am the Director of ATM and Campus Card Operations for Pennsylvania State Employees' Credit Union (PSECU) located in Harrisburg, PA. I oversee all daily operations of the ATM and Campus Card Departments. My responsibilities include the purchasing of all ATMs and managing all aspects of the installation, settlement, vendor management and performance of the ATMs. I also oversee the network side of our card portfolio for PIN transactions as well as our Campus Card program with several universities. I have worked in the financial industry for over 30 years with 75% of that time being related to ATMs.
